• All events in the Main Dining Room require a non-refundable $1,000.00 deposit to confirm the date & time of the event. Following the confirmation & approval of the menu (30 days before the event) the second deposit will be due in the amount of $1,000.00
• Guaranteed guest count is due 7 days prior to your event, and at that time the remainder of the balance is due. You will be responsible for extra persons who attend, which is due at the end of your event
• The client is liable for any and all damages at the facility, or lost items
• Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all applicable charges and gratuity of 20% will be added to all Food, Beverages & Services
• The $1,500 Usage Fee includes exclusive use of the facility on the day of your event
